The RocketPort® Interface 16-Port RS-232/422, Surge is an external interface panel, with Extra Surge Protection - Up to 25Kv ESD, that connects to the cable supplied with all RocketPort® Cards.

• RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC compliant
• Ports switchable for either RS-232 or RS-422
• Surge Protection up to 25 KV ESD (industry standard is anywhere from 6KV to 15KV)
• Biased termination of the RS-422 option provides reduced input sensitivity to noise.
• DB25 Male connectors.
